Managerial Skills -- provides a focus on helping managers / supervisors understand the communication expectations of their employees.  These expectations tend to follow a certain pattern based on individual needs.  Effective employee communication is based on sharing information to satisfy those personal needs and in turn creating a working environment which fosters involvement from everyone.  Participants will be involved in small group exercises in addition to group lectures.    more detail

Employee-Management Trust -- provides a methodology to enhance employee-management relationships, especially in the area of workplace trust.  An entire management team participates in a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the perceptions, attitudes and opinions of their employees.  As a result, they have more input than previously in addressing issues related to morale and productivity and consequently share ownership and accountability for agreed upon actions to address those issues.    more detail

Diversity Skills Building -- provides an understanding and appreciation of the key concepts of valuing cultural differences and developing the skills and competencies needed to work effectively with others.  The workshop uses individual and group exercises to increase awareness of cultural issues and develop skills for enhancing interactions.    more detail

Career/Life Planning -- provides participants with a step-by-step approach to assess career goals and follow-up with an action plan.  Assistance is provided to assess personal and professional skills and accomplishments.  Emphasis is placed on establishing a sound plan that allows participants to take advantages of opportunities available to them.    more detail

Performance Management -- provides participants with the knowledge to conduct effective performance evaluation sessions with their employees, including methods of coaching for improved performance.  Also included are recommendations as to how the evaluation process can and should be linked to organizational objectives.    more detail
