Purpose . . . To provide a methodology to enhance employee-management relationships, especially in the area of workplace trust. Includes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the perceptions, attitudes and opinions of staff.  The result is greater management team input in addressing issues related to morale and productivity.  Consequently there is shared ownership and accountability for agreed upon actions to address critical issues.
