Purpose . . . To develop understanding of how diversity and differences can become a competitive advantage.  The workshop provides the key concepts of managing diversity and valuing differences within the workforce.  Participants are introduced to the skills, competencies and relationships needed to work effectively with others.  Individual and group exercises are utilized to increase awareness of the personal, interpersonal and organizational aspects of workforce and cultural diversity.
