Provides an understanding that within any dynamic organization, conflict and/or disagreement cannot be avoided.  The focus of this program is to help ensure that the outcomes of conflict are productive rather than destructive.  Confronting conflict in others and ourselves can lead to new levels of self-discovery.  Managing conflict wisely can lead to enhanced mutual trust, improved teamwork and greater levels of productivity.
