Ike is Managing Director of The PARTNERSHIP, a human resources consulting practice, which provides counsel, advice, program design and delivery to clients covering all aspects of the human resource management system, with special emphasis on organization assessment and organization development. Much of the work of the consultancy supports change management initiatives and programs to enhance/improve the utilization of human capital. The practice was established in 1999 with a primary mission to assist organizations in better understanding, building and maintaining the necessary and required ‘partnership’ between themselves and their employees. Clients include a wide array of organizations, agencies and companies from different countries, cultures, business environments and industry sectors.
Prior to launching the practice, Ike held numerous leadership positions at TRW Inc. and General Electric Company with assignments at the operating unit and staff levels. He is an experienced, global management team member and human resources executive with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective and innovative programs in support of organizational goals and objectives. He achieved results across different countries, cultures, business environments and industries
Ike holds a B. S. degree in Social Science from Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland and is a member of the Professional Fellows Society of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
