About the Practice . . . . .
The PARTNERSHIP is a human resources consulting practice, which provides counsel, advice, program design and delivery to clients covering all aspects of the human resource management system with special emphasis on organization assessment and organization design and development. Much of the work of the consultancy supports change management initiatives and programs to enhance/improve the utilization of human capital. The practice was established in 1999 with a primary mission to assist organizations in better understanding, building and maintaining the required 'partnership' between themselves and their employees. Clients include a wide array of organizations, agencies and companies from different countries, cultures, business environments and industry sectors.
