Employee Opinion Survey -- formal confidential assessment of employee perceptions, attitudes and ideas.  This systematic collection of information will allow a management team to accurately measure and analyze the climate of the organization while reinforcing the philosophy that each employee's opinion counts.  This methodology identifies issues that impact morale and productivity along with the means to develop and implement possible solutions.    more detail

Manager Assimilation Process -- technique to compress the time period during which a new manager and the people who work for him/her become acquainted with their respective operating styles and expectations.  The process allows for two-way communication and provides a forum for the exchange of views, relative to the needs of the organization and potential problem areas.

Team Assimilation Process -- provides a forum to openly discuss critical business issues and needs of the organization in a more general context, rather than the more structured contact normally experienced in work assignments and decision making.  Also allows for action planning to address potential problem areas.

Individual Assessment, MBTI®, SDI®, TKI®, -- allows participants to use self-report questionnaires to identify their preferences, tendencies, strengths and development needs.  As a result, participants can better understand themselves and their motivations and the impact they may have on performance in the workplace.  Understanding results from instruments like MBTI®, SDI® and TKI® can enhance cooperation, information sharing and productivity.

Multi-Perspective Feedback, 360° Instruments -- provides participants feedback relative to behaviors, competencies and relationships required for success on the job.  The feedback originates from various sources / perspectives, including managers, employees, peers and customers along with self.  As a result of the feedback, each participant will create a personal development plan to leverage their areas of strength and improve their deficiencies.

Interview Skills -- provides those with responsibility for hiring decisions to learn enough from candidates to predict their on-the-job behavior / performance.  Through this workshop, participants will learn how to increase the accuracy of their predictions through the use of open-ended competency based, self appraisal and situation based questions.

Executive Coaching --  To enhance an individual's performance by one-on-one conversations with an executive coach who provides objective, professional direction.  This may include helping with acquiring new skills and/or fixing gaps in performance, which may adversely impact morale and/or productivity.  Assistance is provided in identifying the skills, competencies and relationships required for success on the job.  Assistance may be provided in strategy building, planning and implementation.    more detail
