  Title . . . Multi-Perspective (360º) Feedback

Purpose . . . Examination of the role of multi-perspective feedback in personal and professional development.  Linkage and connection of 360º feedback to leadership practices.  Provides feedback on perceptions about personal strengths and development needs.  Introduces the concept of Personal Development Plans.


Duration . . . Five sessions, over a 12-month period


Target Audience . . . Leaders and other managers within an organization



Agenda/Outline . . . 
Introductory Session (process overview, distribution of surveys and selection of respondents)
Review of Group and Individual reports (includes '1-on-1' sessions with 
participants)
Description of Development Plan process
Update/Monitoring of Development Plans (includes '1-on-1' sessions with 
participants)
Review of Development Plans with managers (between the participant and his/her manager)
Desired Outcomes . . 
Clear understanding of how 360º feedback links to HR strategy
Confidential focus on personal development, not performance assessment
'Real-time' input from 'customers'
Participants gain responsibility for their development
