Purpose . . . To enhance an individual's performance by one-on-one conversations with an executive coach who provides objective, professional direction. This may include helping with acquiring new skills and/or fixing gaps in performance, which may adversely impact morale and/or productivity. Assistance is provided in identifying the skills, competencies and relationships required for success on the job. Assistance may be provided in strategy building, planning and implementation.
