Purpose . . . To provide a formal confidential assessment of employee perceptions, attitudes and ideas.  This systematic collection of information will allow a management team to accurately measure and analyze the climate of an organization while reinforcing the philosophy that each employee's opinion counts.  This methodology identifies issues that could potentially impact morale and/or productivity along with the means to develop and implement possible solutions.
